1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Butlr platform, the iOS guest app, the venue portal, the marketing site at onebutlr.com, or any API or service operated by Butlr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Who can use Butlr
The venue portal is for verified hospitality businesses (hotels, resorts, clubs, residences and similar venues). The guest app is for individuals 18 and older, or accompanied by a guardian. Partner accounts are for verified service providers approved through our marketplace onboarding.
3. Venue obligations
- Maintain accurate information about your venue, rooms, services and pricing.
- Honour guest bookings and orders placed through Butlr.
- Ensure your staff use the platform in accordance with applicable employment law.
- Pay subscription fees and any platform commission as agreed.
- Comply with local hospitality, tax and consumer protection regulations.
4. Guest conduct
Guests agree to use Butlr lawfully and respectfully. We may suspend any guest account that abuses staff, falsifies identity, or violates platform rules at any partner venue.
5. Payments
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Marketplace commissions are calculated automatically and reconciled monthly. Refunds for venue-controlled services are at the venue's discretion. Refunds for marketplace bookings follow the partner's policy.
6. Data and privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Venues control their own guest data; Butlr never sells data and never shares it across venues without explicit guest consent.
7. Intellectual property
The Butlr brand, design, code, and platform are owned by Butlr. You may not reverse-engineer, white-label, or rebrand the platform without a written enterprise agreement.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' notice. Butlr may suspend any account immediately for breach of these terms, abuse of the platform, or fraudulent activity.
9. Liability
Butlr provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for the quality of services delivered by venues or marketplace partners. Total platform liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email and the venue portal. Continued use of the platform after a change means acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Butlr is operated from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
